Wall Canvas - Starry Night [Maroon]

Pretty up any room with this Starry Night print, which was my first time trying out lino-cut as an art medium, using a chisel and linoleum tile.

The design was inspired by the time I attempted to walk in a category 1 hurricane force blizzard, fearing for my safety but wanting to make it home to take care of my late mother who was unwell. I was afraid until I looked up at the sky and saw the most beautiful stars, bigger and brighter than I'd ever seen in my life. A warm, calm feeling come over me and I said to myself that even in the worst of situations, there is always still beauty to be found. <3
